Our President/CEO - Sharonlyn Harrison, Ph.D.
Sharonlyn Harrison, Ph.D., President/CEO of Public Research and Evaluation Services, is an evaluation/research and implementation scientist.  That means she helps organizations strategically transition from vision, to initiation and then to results using data-driven methods.  She has a doctoral degree in education evaluation and research and has expansive experience in using metrics and analytics to help organizations successfully conduct federal, state, local, and foundation, funded programs and projects.
 
Since being established in 2001, Public Research and Evaluation Services has partnered with the following clients:  Annie E. Casey Foundation, National Center for Cultural Competence at Georgetown University, Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, Independent Living Research Utilization, Spaulding for Children, the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, St. John Providence Health Systems, Children’s Outreach, Wayne County Department of Health and Human Services and Arizona’s Children Association. Dr. Harrison is also adjunct faculty at Wayne State University School of Social Work where she teaches research and diversity courses and where she recently received the 2015 Excellence in Teaching Award.
